From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. I was impressed by the initial welcome message for our first visit, kid-friendly waiting areas...to the warm, sincere staff, very knowledgeable Dr. Pheffer, and delicious warm apple cider. Everything was explained in a very easy to understand way, and they were very thorough in each step. I did not even have to go to another place, since I thought the experience was so wonderful, and I knew this was the place that we wanted our daughter to receive treatment. I have other kids, too, so the waiting area is great for kids to stay entertained without feeling the usual frustration of waiting. Thank you for the memorable and warm first visit, and I look forward to the many months of treatment! -Angela

I'm very pleased to come back after a few years and see the familiar friendly staff. My oldest son was a patient with Dr. Moser. His teeth are beautiful to this day.
